Floor welding

As you can see, the floor is now in place, and also the patch for the inner wheel arch is half-way in. It has burn marks on it looking from inside becuase I decided to weld it from the wheel side. There is some smoke coming and staining the metal. This will be brushed off before painting.

This job was done on the 18th of June. I took a break from work on the 19th (saturday) since I've been working all week long, and we decided with my wife to go for a bit of a trip to spend some time together. Today, the 20th, I didn't get to weld becuase I managed to dispense with the welding gas by forgetting the bottle open, but instead I cleaned up the passenger footwell, and the rear floor, and painted them with primer paint (Zinc and normal).
