It's easy:
- remove the air filter
- undo the three screws that secure the dash pot
- remove dash pot
- pull off spring
- pull out piston (watch it, oil pures out if you turn it over)
- undo screw at side of the piston
- pull out old needle of the little thingie
- put in new needle
- the needle retainer (the little thingie) must be leveled to the
surface of the piston.
- put everything together.
