Backfire problems

I have some problem with my newly rebuilt engine. When I open the throttle it´s misfiring, the gas seems to explode in the carb. There is is no misfire when idleing or when the rev has gone past the misfires.

The mixture is set with the piston lifting pin, the nedle is std AAG (998 -74 HS4). The ignition is set to 6 BTDC. The points gap is 0,35mm The coil, leads and plugs is new. I´ve change the carburator and the contact breaker with no success.

Anybody know what could be wrong, I´ve tried figure it out all day (before I lose my mind)!!!

As a general rule, backfiring through the exhaust means too rich and backfiring through the carb means too lean. Main other thing that can cause your symptom is a valve not seating or closing all the way. Try a compression test; if it's good, check the mixture: see if it stops backfiring with the choke pulled out.
