will metro seats fit in Mini?
Yes, two approaches- I fitted MG metro seats in My Mini 25, welded brackets and made quite a presentable set up. But if you don't weld- 4 - 4 1/2" lengths x2 per seat (for back legs) small bore box section or tube piece of threaded bar or very long flat head bolt? through hole in runners through floor. (did same job with one wood block and one stack of washers first to test required height) Front one piece, seats width, Dexion strut Bolt through runners, bolt onto top original seat bracket captives - not pretty but works.
